Hello and welcome to the studio!
You know that feeling we have when we step off the yoga mat and walk back into life, there is that air of relaxation, joy, and freedom. It’s as though we floated all the way home, but as the day / week progresses all that yoga glow gets lost in the muck of real life. Well.. I hate that! Stress seems to pops it’s ugly head back up, so this project is to integrate that yogic practice even in the most demanding work environments. I hope this helps in finding our mental and physical sweet spot, even when stuck at the desk.
